No Membership Fees
Our BIZPERK$ program is 100% free to you. No hidden agendas. No strings attached. No catch. No fine print. Just simple savings.
Discounts on EVERY Purchase
Before launching BIZPERK$, the only way to get discounts on purchases was to buy full cases of product. Over the years, we have learned that there are a number of our business customers that do not need/could not buy full cases. With this in mind, our team has spent the past months trying structure a new program that offers discounts on all purchases, with no minimum orders and without the need to buy cases.
No Order is too Big or too Small.
Whether you shop online at partyvalue.com, come to the store or call your order in, you will receive a discount on EVERY purchase. New businesses start at a 15% Off Bronze member. Discounts are structured in a tiered discount level according to annual purchase amounts based on sales between 10/1 and 9/30 of every calendar year. [If your business hits a higher sales range any time within the year, we can move your discount level up accordingly.]
[Note: all existing business customers have been grandfathered into this program according to their 2021 annual sales.]
Earned Annual Rebates
Regardless of your BIZPERK$ membership level, every purchase you make with Litin will earn you an accrued annual 4% product rebate that can be used towards future purchases. Our Rebate Rewards calculator is from sales your business does with us between October 1st and September 30th of each year. We send rebate certificates the end of November.
Free Delivery Threshold
Most of our local customers choose to come shop at the store OR place online orders using our Minneapolis Store Pickup shipping option. However, if you need an order shipped, it’s simple. We offer free standard shipping on any order over $59 for our bronze and silver members. Our gold, platinum and diamond members will always receive free standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available at the customer’s expense.
Credit Terms Available
Most of our BIZPERK$ customers have with a COD account and prefer to pay with cash, check or credit card at the time of purchase. However, we do have NET 30 term accounts available for businesses that order more frequently or have larger orders and need cash flow assistance. There is an option to apply for terms when completing the membership application. Note: we run a credit background check on all businesses applying for term accounts with Litin.
We also have tax exempt and resale privileges. Provide a copy of your resale license or tax exemption certificate and pay no sales tax on any purchase.
Tracked Purchase History
If you need a historical product usage or annual sales report, please call our Customer Care department and they can generate one to email you. If you are a registered user on our website, you can also see web order history for your business too.
Product Samples
The old adage of “try before you buy” applies with us too. Looking to bring in a certain product for your business but not sure it’s the right one? No problem. Silver, gold, platinum and diamond members can request free product samples at any time by calling our Customer Care department at 612-343-4300.
Automatic Reorders
Take the thought process out of it. Gold through diamond members qualify to have orders set up for automatic delivery on a regularly occurring basis, according to their needed delivery schedule.
Customer Warehousing
If you are a gold, platinum or diamond level member, we know you are purchasing large quantities of product but may have limited space to store it all. That’s where we can help. We can warehouse your purchased product until whenever you need it. Just give us a call to discuss these options and your desired delivery schedule to restock your supplies.
Dedicated Customer Care Team
Regardless of your membership level, we have a customer care team ready to take care of your business needs. However, once you reach platinum or diamond, you will be assigned a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator that will take care of all the extra details your membership level requires.
Custom Pricing
At the diamond level, we know your product supply is turning frequently. Give us a list of the products you use and allow us to provide you with competitive quotes so we can be your single supply source for all your low cost commodity products.

FAQ’s
How do I know if my membership is approved?
You will receive a welcome email from our Customer Care Team once we’ve processed your application that will also include your new BIZPERK$ customer number. If you have applied for terms with us, your email will also show your starting credit limit amount.
How do I receive my discount on purchases?
Easy. We have three different options for you to make purchases. Shop at our store, phone in your order to (612) 343-4300 and ask to place a BIZPERK$ order, or shop on our website at PartyValue.com.
When shopping at our store or calling in your order, be sure to tell the cashier when you are checking out that you have a BIZPERK$ membership and give them either your company name or BIZPERK$ customer number so our system can automatically apply your discount and take off sales tax if you are tax exempt.
In order to receive your discount or have sales tax removed (if applicable) on our website, a few things need to happen first. You need to be a registered user on our site. Once you are registered, we will look up your user account and set your discount level, along with entering sales tax exemption information (if applicable).
Also, if you are placing an order online and your business has terms with us, you will need to enter your BIZPERK$ customer number on our checkout page. When you get to the payment section of checkout, there will be a BIZPERK$ Account option to check as your payment type.
Do you provide tax-exempt and resale privileges?
For qualifying Minnesota businesses, provide us a copy your ST3 state tax-exempt or resale license. We must have this form on file for you company before we will designate your business as tax exempt in our system. You can include a copy with this application or upload your copy later at partyvalue.com/tax-exemption-policy/
Can I order online and pickup at the Store?
Yes. Place your order on our website at partyvalue.com and select Minneapolis Store Pickup as your shipping option. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Do you offer delivery for businesses?
Absolutely! Depending on your membership level and the eligibility of your order total, we can deliver your order via standard delivery, 3rd day, 2nd day or next day. Other than standard delivery, any expedited options will be at the customer’s expense.
How much will it cost me to renew my Membership?
Membership enrollment is completely free. Once your business has an approved membership with us, you are always a member.
How does the rebate program work?
Great question! We track all your purchases between October 1st and September 30th of each calendar year. We calculate 4% of your annual sales (and then round up to the nearest dollar amount) during that time and email you a product rebate voucher that can be used as a gift card towards future purchases, either in store or on our website. Rebates will be sent out in November of each calendar year.
What if my company has a central billing office but has several different shipping locations?
No problem. Our system can facilitate that. If placing an order by phone that needs to be delivered, be sure to let us know which location your order needs to be delivered to. If placing an online order to be delivered, be sure to add your different shipping addresses to your user account so you can choose the correct shipping address at checkout.
I have a terms account. Is there a way to pay my bill online?
Of course! Go to partyvalue.com/pay-my-bill/ and enter in password LPV2022 to access our payment portal. Just fill in all the required fields and submit. You will immediately receive an emailed receipt of your payment.
Can my membership level change?
Yes. It’s important to note that all new business members will start at our 15% Off Bronze Level. For all BIZPERK$ members, annual sales are reviewed in October when rebates are being calculated. We will adjust any membership levels accordingly if they fall into a higher tier. In addition, we run quarterly reports to check if your business has qualified for a higher tier and will adjust your discount at that time. Once you’ve earned a higher discount level, your account will always stay at that level, even if your annual sales fall below the required range.
