What’s a party without balloons? As a must-have party essential, these helium quality red latex balloons will inflate to 12 inches. If you inflate with helium, their fly time can last on average about 8 hours. Fill them with air and they can last a bit longer! After inflating, you can seal them by either tying or using balloon clips. If you fill with helium, they can be attached to strings. If you air-fill, it is best to attach to balloon sticks, taped to walls or left loose on the ground for the perfect party atmosphere. 50 balloons per package.
