Retail Store Purchas Returns or Exchange Instructions:
- We will gladly accept returns or exhcange items, unless the original product was purchased in the tent bag sale, or was marked with a 999 closeout tag or if it falls into the non-returnable items list below.
- There is time limit on returns, as long as you have the original receipt.
- Refunds will be given for the cost of the merchandise only. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
- All merchandise must be in new condition, unopened, unworn and in original packaging.
- Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
Web Order Returns or Exchange Instructions:
- All returns or exchanged products require a verbal authorization from customer service by calling (612) 343-4300 or (844) MY-PARTY (697-2789).
- When on the phone, please be ready to provide your name, phone number, order number, item(s) you are returning or exchanging, and the reason for your request.
- You must provide your own return packaging. Include your original packing slip with your return or exchange and write either RETURN or EXCHANGE on the package you are sending us.
- Send all returns to Litin’s Party Value, 913 Plymouth Ave North, Minneapolis, MN 55411.
- You must pay for your own return shipping costs from your shipper of choice. (If your merchandise is damaged or we sent you the wrong product in error, we will reimburse you for your return shipping charges).
- Your return must be sent via a traceable shipping method so that your package may be tracked and receipt confirmed by your shipper of choice.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
- Cosmetics/makeup, eyelashes, facial hair, teeth, fangs, etc.
- Hats, wigs, costumes and other wearables
- Custom and Personalized items
- Lighting & Electronic Products
- Helium Tanks
- Oversized Items / Life-sized Cutouts
- Partial Party Kits – Party Kits may only be returned complete. Party Kit components cannot be returned individually.
- Perishables (e.g., food items such as candy)
- Special Order Items
- Items marked with a 999 closeout sticker or items that are part of our Tent Bag Sale
INVENTORY NOTE:
Because we operate a large retail store in Minneapolis that also serves as our distribution warehouse, along with this website, inventories are in constant flux. While we do our best in providing as accurate as possible stock levels for each product, we cannot guarantee that displayed on-hand quantities are accurate. If you are not finding the quantity of an item you are needing for your event, please be sure to contact customer service at (612) 343-4300 as we are receiving in new shipments daily. A representative will call you if we are out of stock on products that were included in your order to go over your options with you.
